This would make drummers *very* valuable. But the "ignore damage" doesn't work - the other units simply receive "full" damage (i.e. what they would receive without a drummer) with the first hit. So as of now, the drummer is total crap (see feedback threads and ingame discussions everywhere) and only useful for iron age and maybe EMA.
What I've seen: Chrome: town hall shows correct information (i.e. it includes the extra resources from the emissaries) Chrome: I've not checked that the resources get added but assume that because it displays correctly it also functions correctly - will check tonight. Android: town hall does not
Recurring Quests are merely intended as temporary filler when you’ve beaten a section of the game and need something to occupy yourself inbetween now and reaching the next part of the game. I guess players have turned RQ into something the game designers never intended. Thus CF and the 2000 limit as part of not intended. Unnecessary pop-up windows which leads to closing up 10 or more at a time. Details. After collecting from a specific event building user gets a pop up window confirmation that the item is received.
